Coach O realizes for this 2019 team o be successful it has to accomplish 3 things.
1. Have a pass rush
2. Be able to pass block the edge rushers.
3. Improve pass coverage
So coach O has been moving inside backers to pass rushers to make the best of the talent he has to work with. Getting Ingram back onto the field in record time. Moving Fulton to the nickel dB spot in an effort to improve coverage which has been under performing.
LSU is approaching the meat of the schedule and you can tell the concerns this staff has and they are doing all they can to upgrade the weaknesses. It has been a long time since I have seen a coach be this aggressive in making changes. Personally I believe this has become one of the strongest assets Coach O has brought to LSU.
