We pretty know what we're getting from Danny Etling . Little mystery there .
What we all would like to know is wether Danny Etling is good enough to lead LSU to an SEC championship. .
The best reference IMO is Matt Mauck in 2003 . I acknowledge that they had different skill sets .
Mauck was a better runner . IMO Etling is the better passer . Both were veterans . Both were mature QBs . Both from Indiana .
Certainly their supporting casts were different but the immediate question is Etling good enough to lead this supporting cast to a title?
