RECRUITING Keylan Moses shuts down his recruitment on NSD Eve

Sam Speigelman says Keylan Moses has shut down his recruitment and will sign with the Tigers tomorrow. We did hear this same thing from Kade Phillips a few days ago, but he's a U-Lab product, so I think this is different.
