He seems to have had a career that is bass-ackwards. Look how much more reasonable it looks if he goes from head coach at a small school (FAU), to the OC at Alabama, then gets a big time HC gig at USC, moves back to the SEC as HC at Tennessee, and finally makes it to the NFL as a HC at Oakland. Life in reverse.
