apparently Scott is making a favorable impression on the coaches so far.
In highschool he was an excellent smart decision maker , shifty , a natural ball carrier as well as an accurate passer. His instincts were really good ..football smart .
Would the coaches trust him enough to insert him in goal line situations / short yardage . ?
His overall command of the entire offense would not have to be as complete . He'd only have to master a handful of plays and protect the ball at all costs .
His lack of height would never be a drawback since he'd not be dropping back . He'd be running QB draws , rolling out to run or pass mostly . Seems that he'd put lots of pressure on goal line defenses.
Just wondering .
