how good is this group of TEs ? The addition of Caleb Roddy brings the total to 6. LSU' s run heavy offense requires a good blocking big TE , many times 2 at the same time . Let's breakdown the current personel .

Colin Jeter Sr . At 6'7" 250 the veteran should be poised for his best year . Anytime that he's
targeted he's been reliable . He is solid .

Foster Moreau So. 6'6" 249 . A less heralded member of the class on '16 . He was almost an after
thought . We weren't even sure if LSU wanted him to walk on . But he quickly emerged as the
surprise of the group after Dillon Gordon went down . If players improve the most between their
freshman and Soph year then expect good things in 2016.

DeShaun Smith Sr. 6'4" 250 . Just the opposite of Moreau . 5* recruit never found a role as a stretch
the field TE in the LSU offense . Blocking never was his forte thus relegating him to minor roles .
2016 is his last hurrah . Can Cameron find some place in the offense for Deshaun . ?

Jacory Washington Jr . After 2 years in the program he's yet to contribute. Too many better TEs
stacked up ahead of him and never progressed . Little PT for a 4th TE .

Jamal Pettigrew Fr . Heralded recruit but it will be hard to see the field . RS year in 2016.

Caleb Roddy Fr . 6'4" 284 . The talk of early camp as he was surprisingly switched toTE . This
looks like an insurance move for 2016 in case one of the top 2 TEs go down . We all know
how Les values big bodied TEs.

So how would you rate this group ? Good, just OK , great , bad ?
