Ok folks, I'm in SoCal and there are no cracklin's, boudin or hogs head cheese out here, so I have to make it up every weekend. This weekend it's brisket (hence being up late and early...well that and a bit of work). I'd love to hear what everyone else is doing. Oh, I did a big pot of red beans and rice Thursday.
