Congratulations to the Green Wave for handing USC an L!!!

Not a Tulane fan, but enjoyed seeing the Trojans go down to a team that I believe they took lightly.

I really don’t get into the SEC love fest because I spend the year hating most of the teams.. but I think this is kinda funny. Big 10 talking heads been running their mouth all year lol.

Fellas, I have to say that, for us to self-proclaim to be the best conference in college Football, we are not living up the the billing. We have 11 teams in bowl games this year.
Overall, to be quite honest we have looked like trash. Sure, we can say that we beat up on each other through out the season, but damn... Do we have issues with depth? Do we not match up well against out opponent? Are we coming in over confident? What could be the problem? The SEC teams that have played up to this point, have been the .500 or just above teams, but you made it to a bowl game guys. Lets make an appearance.... Look like you belong. It's been pretty sad:

-Florida gets blown out by Oregan St, 3-30

-Missouri falls to Wake Forest, 17-27. ( at least some what of an effort here).

-Ole Miss pisses in their pants and gets throttled by Texas Tech, 25-42.

- Ar-Kanses tried their best to give that game away, but wins over Kansas, in 3 OTs, 55-53 (was this a football or basketball game)?

so far we are 1-3 in bowl games, which I'm pretty sure is the worst of all major conference bowl games.

Wife's car got stolen out of the drive way at 3:00pm today about 15 minutes after she had gotten home. We were back and forth between our house and next door, unloading things out of the car in between watching the game. During some brief period in between, in broad daylight and in a neighborhood full of people walking around, my car got ransacked and hers got stolen.

I haven't read anything about car theft being on the rise, but with supply chain issues, higher interest rates and inflation, cars are getting much more expensive and difficult to buy so I have to figure the usual suspects are working over time. Keep an eye out and be safe.

UPDATED: Kayshon Boutte announced on his social media Wednesday night that he is declaring for the NFL Draft.

LSU wide receiver Kayshon Boutte is unavailable for the bowl game and will not play when the Tigers face Purdue on Monday in the Cheez-It Citrus Bowl, head coach Brian Kelly said in a statement provided to media.

Kelly said Boutte is enrolled at LSU for the spring semester.

LSU's Brian Kelly, Malik Nabers and Jarrick Bernard-Converse at the postgame press conference. Kelly said Bernard-Converse was the Tigers' MVP on defense, taking nearly every snap. Kelly said Malik wanted to make a statement today (and he did).
