Former LSU D-Line Coach Jimmy Lindsey has landed in Chapel Hill, accepting a job as a special advisor to the defensive coordinator. He'll continue to work with the defensive line there. This move comes after Lindsey was let go with Matt House and the rest of the defensive staff.

Both the Men's and Women's Postseason tickets (Men: NIT, WBB: March Madness) will go on sale Monday morning at 9am CT.

Men: Game on Tuesday, March 19th at 6pm CT. General Admission will be $20 for adults and $10 for youth. First 1,500 students get in free.

Women: No additional info on the women's ticket prices at this time, but I'm assuming prices will vary depending on where the tickets are. Also go on sale at 9am tomorrow.

LSU travels to Starkville this weekend to face off with Miss State who’s expected to be without one of their top pitchers, Nathaniel Dohm.

Dohm has made four starts, boasting a 4-0 record while allowing 4 earned runs on 21 hits in 24 innings of work.

Gents, time for our 2024 Tigers to start SEC play and defend our 7th National Championship. This is another subpar Cows team since they won the Natty a couple of years ago but they always bring their A-game against us. The cows lost their ace starter Nate Dohm (3-0, 1.50 ERA, 32 Ks) for the weekend due to an undetermined arm injury. Instead, they will start Evan Siary (0-1, 4.50 ERA, 7 Ks).

Our Friday and Saturday night starters (Holman & Jump) both have 0.00 ERAs and the Sunday starter, Thatcher Hurd, has only given up 2 earned runs in his last two starts (1-0, 1.80 ERA, 14 Ks) after getting shelled his first two starts (0-1, 9.00 ERA, 12 Ks).

• Said it was a good night. Not great, but good. They missed some opportunities out there.
• Liked being able to get some seniors in on exhibitions.
• Thought they were a bit off a good portion of the week leading up to this meet. Says that happens, but he's not going to excuse it.
• Calls his seniors a tremendous group. Whether they've been here 4 or 6 years, they all have represented LSU in an incredible way and are great people.
• Can't quantify how much of an impact the fans make. Says it's unlike anywhere else in the country. They led the country in attendance this year with 75k fans at six home meets.
• Thinks Ashley Cowan has taken it up a level recently. She posted a career high on bars and says she had an even better routine in warmups.
• Thinks the health and depth of this team is different going into postseason. They were very injured last year and weren't close to full strength at all last season.

Kiya Johnson and Savannah Schoenherr

• Johnson felt they started fast on vault and tried to keep up the energy on senior night.
• Schoenherr is a sixth year senior and said she feels like she's had three senior nights to prepare for the emotions, and while she had some heavy emotions, she knew they needed to put the emotions aside and focus on the meet.
• Johnson says she's not normally a sentimental person, but going into floor, she was feeling some emotions and teared up. Says this place has meant so much to her and it was an emotional moment.
• Schoenherr says their mindset stays the same heading into post season. They plan to give their all every meet and don't pay attention to the opponent or situation.
• Johnson thinks they've taken a lot of steps forward through the season and their confidence heading into the postseason is through the roof.
• Schoenherr said coming to LSU, she had very high expectations, but they completely exceeded her expectations this season. Says everyone here welcomed her immediately and it shows the authenticity of this team.
