OFF TOPIC Cut the cord and now I'm flummoxed

Most of the year we didn't really use cable for anything, so at the beginning of the year I killed it, figuring that when football season came around I wouldn't have any problems finding what I wanted - I could not have been more wrong. I have most of the streaming services, but the rights to college football games are so incredibly scattered, it's starting to feel like a nightmare trying to find just one game much less flipping back and forth between several. Hell, even ESPN+ doesn't give you access to games actually ON ESPN, for that you need a cable service provider.

For any of you vets out there, is there an easy fix to this? Do I need to just bite the bullet and pay for cable or something similar for four months out of the year? If I do, what's the best option that'll give me the ability to just relax and enjoy Saturdays? Obviously I'd prefer something without any sort of commitment - Hulu+ Live, maybe? All I'm really wanting is college football, but even with Hulu, Prime, Paramount+, ESPN+ and more, I don't seem to have the access I used to enjoy. Any advice is appreciated.

SEC Your take on the SEC, week 1?

So every game but ours has been played to this point and the SEC is 11-2 in the opening week. The 11 teams who played teams without a pulse absolutely destroyed them, usually by 6 TD's or more, while the 2 teams who actually faced tough opponents (so far) lost by double digits (results below). I'm curious what you guys came away with after our first full weekend - who's legit, who's just beating up on weaker teams, who's a surprise and who's a pretender?

OT: Jimmy Buffett just passed....

I'm up and can't sleep at 130 MST, and this headline hits hot off the press, maybe 30 minutes ago. Jimmy is now Incommunicado. Some digging, I found that he had to cancel his tour in late 2022 for a hospital stay, then again on May 20 of this year he had to cancel a Charleston show and the rest of his 23 tour. I found this video from July where he made a surprise appearance with Mac, and may well be his last performance. He looks very gaunt for sure, as he has always been sort of robust. Here:

RIP Jimmy, miss you already. Gonna be a long ride on Monday listening to Margaritaville Radio heading to the flatlands.
