Nothing doing for either team, still 1-1 heading to the third.

Ashton Larson, shades of Brandon Larson, with his first college homer to put us up 3-1 after Tanks hit into a double-play. Tigers up 3-1 heading to the bottom of the third. Could have been more if not for that double play but nice that we finally hit a homer with someone actually on base.

gents, if I read this somewhere I can't recall. Bryce Underwood enthusiastically committed to us early and I believe he is even helping with recruiting (i.e. Russell Shepard). my question is what is/was his tie to LSU? historical or family? or did he just see our QBs win Heismans, win championships, and get drafted high? something else? a little of everything?

just wondering. I haven't heard that he has any family that went here or is from here.

So had to do some research...there was a Gap of 6 years ('16-'22) between Iowa and Arizona

FBS HISTORY: North Dakota State is 9-4 against FBS ....Lost to ARIZONA 31 - 28... before that WON SIX in a row since 2010 with wins at Kansas (6-3), Minnesota (37-24), Colorado State (22-7), Kansas State (24-21), Iowa State (34-14) and 11th-ranked Iowa (23-21). NDSU's first three FBS wins were against Ball State (2006), Central Michigan (2007) and Minnesota (2007).

Their Dynasty has been impressive as well.....8 FCS CHAMPIONSHIPS in 10 Years (2011 - 2021)
