what was the original story of Walk Ons? A new one over here was set to open almost a year ago, then everything stopped. Apparently a franchisee went belly up or something. Clearly the property got hung up for awhile, but is now in soft opening* for a new franchise for AZ called ......wait for it..........Craft Beers and Cheese Burgers. Well, it's to the point at least. I guess they are going by CBCB now. So I stumble in yesterday to the soft opening....and damn.......free food, anything on the menu, pay for drinks. They tell me to come back at 5pm. Uh..ok, can do, with wife. Which we do, get a full spread of food, beverages, I tipped heavy. Does anyone know the story with Walk Ons, how it started, and are they in trouble or just the franchisee? This one is or was in Euless TX.
