RECRUITING Another Louisiana WR in the transfer portal

We've talked about Will Sheppard and Zavion Thomas, two Louisiana born wide outs that LSU could target, but another one just hopped into the portal on Thursday.

Casey Cain, former Texas WR, jumped in the portal and will have two years of eligibility remaining. The New Orleans native is another wide receiver Brian Kelly and LSU could look to add if they decide to go that route.

Cain is a former three-star wideout and has recorded nine catches for 214 yards in his college career.

OFF TOPIC The plot thickens

Rick Scott US Senator from Florida has drafted a letter which he sent to every committee member demanding transparency and explanation on why an undefeated power 5 champion was left out of the playoffs for the first time. In addition, he listed the negative economic impact as well as other impacts related to the committee's decision. In addition , why was Florida State not demoted after the Florida game. Imo he should go after the committee for financial damages.

Has LSU ever had a player transfer who did well for himself at his new school?

I can't think of any besides Trey Palmer at Nebraska. They all seem to disappear and is never heard from in any way that matters.. I just looked up Jack Bech TCU Highlights... there aren't any.... and it looks like he's gotten less game time than if he had stayed with LSU. He'd certainly would get more time next year with Nabors and Thomas gone.
