Four-star offensive tackle Micah DeBose decommitted from Georgia on Dec. 22. LSU is among the seven programs pushing for DeBose.

“Not a lot of schools were into me (a year ago, when he committed) like they are right now,” DeBose told national recruiting analyst John Garcia Jr. “I have to take my time, because it will be a long journey.”

LSU FOOTBALL D-Tackle Braden Fiske

TOP Rated D-Lineman coming out of the Transfer Portal from Western Michigan .

TOS said w the NIL Florida State outbid LSU 300K to 100k....
Any truth to this? Frustrating if true!

Fiske (6'-5" 297) is Now a Wrecking ball in the middle of the 'Noles Defense....announcer just said "he will be playing in the NFL"

......Glad LSU was able to land Jordan Jefferson tho...he did step it up in Wingo's place.

Grading this class by position group

And other thoughts.

QB - B. Went back and forth between B and C. Then seen his AA game highlights. Kid can spin it. Seems like a natural leader.

RB - A. One standard here. When you get the best RB in Texas that’s an automatic A. Kid dominated at the highest level in Texas HS football.

WR - B. No obvious star here although Billiot reminds me on Nabers. Lots of speed in this class.

TE - A. You got the best TE in the nation. Green’s ceiling is unlimited.

OL - A+. If we recruited the DL like we do OL we would have a Bamaesque run. We are set for the next 3 to 4 years.

DL - C. Get McKinley and this becomes a B+.

LB - B+. Solid class. All of these guys have high floors.

DB - B. Good, deep class. Lacking a true immediate impact player. Get Bussey and we bump this to an A.

Best player - Tre-Dez Green. Potential to become a dominant force. Think Kellen Winslow, Jimmy Graham.

Most underrated - Ju’an Johnson. You don’t set the records in Louisiana HS football that this kid did and not be a special player. He should have been a top 50 player nationally.

Biggest sleeper. Only considered low 3 stars. Joseph Cryer. Kid is a mauler.

Favorite recruit - Colin Hurley. Kid reclassified to this class, never wavered, helped recruit and is a leader.
